Shipping & Tracking

How do I track my order?.

Upon placing your order, please allow us up to 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email along with your tracking information. If you did not receive any updates on your order within 7 days, please email us immediately at support@prestigetools.ca and we will further investigate for you.

How long does shipping take?.

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Our fulfilment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it will arrive in 7-10 days (on average). 

Which courier do you ship with?.

We ship 99% of our parcels with Canada Post. If for some reason, we feel it will be better to ship it to you using a different courier we will look to do so!

Do you ship internationally?.

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us.

I ordered two products, but have received only one.... what's happening?

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry. it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Our main products are covered by our 30-Day Risk Free Trial, where you can try out the product yourself to see if it will work as described. If you're not happy with the results, you can get in touch with us for a refund/replacement. Please visit our guarantees page for more info.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us asap (within 7 days) and we will replace it for you at no extra cost!

What if my product doesn't work as advertised?

All our products are guaranteed to work as advertised. We offer a 30-day trial period on all orders. If you receive an item, and it doesn't work the way we say it will, then get in touch with us before the 30 days are up, and we will give you a 100% refund (if there is a fault we will replace it instead).

What if my product doesn't arrive?

Our job isn't done until our product arrives at your door/mailbox. If an order experiences any shipped difficulties, we will do our best to solve them by getting in touch with USPS. If we cannot solve it, we will happily ship you a new one, to make sure you receive the product you ordered!

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
